In a new YouTube video, Dr. Sandra Lee, MD-aka Dr. Pimple Popper-pops a patient's superficial chest cyst. She makes an incision over the squeeze, then squeezes out its contents and snips out the sac. A superficial cyst is found within the skin or just below it.
That's what dermatologist and TLC star Dr. Sandra Lee, MD-aka Dr. Pimple Popper-tackles in a new YouTube video posted Wednesday. In said video, Lee treats a patient with a superficial cyst located on her chest.
What is a superficial cyst?
A superficial cyst is a cyst located within the skin or just underneath it, according to MedicineNet . (Makes sense, since "superficial" literally means "close to the surface.")

As with many of Lee's cyst videos , she starts by making an incision over the cyst. Then she squeezes the opening, releasing the crusty contents within. (Honestly, we would have liked a little more gunk to come out in this particular video, but we'll take what we can get.) When she's finished clearing out the contents, Lee snips out the sac to prevent the cyst from returning.
"When I was a child, I thought the best job in the world for me to be was either a Veterinarian or an Astronaut. Clearly I was misguided because THIS is the BEST job in the world! :)," one viewer commented.
The best part of the video is at the very end, when Lee displays the sac and its former contents. Isn't it weirdly satisfying to see it all presented like that? No? We're just extremely twisted? Okay then.
