Tinubu Speaks After Returning From London

The presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Tinubu on Thursday returned to Nigeria from London. Naija News reports that the former Governor of Lagos State returned to the country on Thursday after observing a 10-day rest in the United Kingdom. Tinubu was received by a delegation led by his running mate, Kashim Shettima, former APC chairman, Adams Oshiomhole and others. The presidential candidate upon his return to the country assured Nigerians that their hope which was almost lost is now back.

Former media aide to ex-President Goodluck Jonathan, Reno Omokri has alleged that a top Northern politician who is also a member of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) wished death for President Muhammadu Buhari in a leaked audio. Omokri identified the politician as Sulaiman Adamu, adding that the APC chieftain is frustrated like many other Nigerians, and he and his allies were heard in the audio lamenting the hardship and insecurity in the north.
