Charli XCX and Troye Sivan are promising to turn iconic venues into raves on their newly announced “Sweat” tour, which includes a stop at New York City’s Madison Square Garden.
The pop innovators, who have collaborated on songs “1999” and “2099,” will co-headline with Shygirl opening for all dates. According to a press release, the tour is “not only a celebration of their individual successes, but it is also a testament to their commitment to inclusivity and diversity within the music industry. Fans can expect an electrifying show filled with exhilarating performances, stunning visuals, and infectious beats.” Though a new collaboration between the two artists has not yet been announced, the tour is sure to spark renewed speculation that a new XCX-Sivan track could be on the way.

The 21-city tour, presented by Live Nation, will kick off on Sept. 14 at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Mich. and finish on Oct. 23 in Seattle, Wash. at the Climate Pledge Arena. It marks both XCX and Sivan’s biggest venues to date.

XCX’s sixth studio album, “Brat,” is due out June 7, and she also recently revealed a U.K. arena tour. Sivan’s 2023 record “Something to Give Each Other” was critically acclaimed, with its lead single “Rush” earning two Grammy nominations.
Tickets for the “Sweat” tour go on presale April 25 at 10 a.m. local time. General tickets will be available on April 26 at 10 a.m. local time. Advance presale registration is available now at sweat-tour.com.
